From Academia to Industry: Career Transition Workshop

This practical workshop is designed for scientists interested in exploring career opportunities beyond academia and preparing for a transition to industry. Through a combination of short presentations, hands-on exercises and interactive discussions, participants will learn how to translate their academic experience into industry-relevant skills and strengthen their professional profile.

Participants will work on real-life examples, refine their CV for industry applications, improve their LinkedIn presence, and gain insights into recruitment processes commonly used in the private sector. The workshop focuses on practical tools and strategies to help researchers identify career paths aligned with their skills and interests.
